The marketing strategy adopted by ITZ My Shop (having address as mentioned hereunder) is brought to the kind attention and notice of the customers, consumers, and general public at large. The Referral Marketing strategy is a promotional approach wherein existing customers recommend products of ITZ My Shop to others (friends, relatives, colleagues, etc.) and such participation is absolutely based on reward or benefit for the Referral.

ITZ My Shop is not a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013 and is only a sole proprietor firm. The products (owned as well as marketed items) carry a unique referral link or code assigned to a customer. The purchaser/customer/consumer shares the mentioned link/code with others. When a new person purchases or signs up for products under the referral system, the adopted system of ITZ My Shop tracks the transaction. The referrer, who caused generation of benefits to the firm, shall be eligible for a reward (cash discount, coins, etc.) as decided by the marketing management, once the eligibility criteria are identified and come into play.

ITZ My Shop under any circumstances does not offer any kind of investments, doubling of money, illegal trade, or unlawful schemes. It is hereby conspicuously clarified that ITZ My Shop never appointed anybody to act for and on behalf of the firm for the above promotional strategy. The firm also never prompts anybody to act on its behalf or solicit, canvas, or invite deposits of money or any kind of offer for and on behalf of ITZ My Shop.

The customers/consumers/general public are hereby clearly warned that any illegal techniques likely to be adopted by any third party impersonating ITZ My Shop shall be at their own risk, cause, and consequences. ITZ My Shop shall not be liable or answerable for any illegal activities adopted by violators.

ITZ My Shop being a Referral Marketing entity, shall have exclusive jurisdiction before the Recognized Courts located at Ernakulam District in Kerala. All disputes, claims, or matters arising out of or in connection with this referral marketing framework and notice shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts within Ernakulam, Kerala.

Any legal recourse concerning the referral activities shall be entertained only under the competent courts situated in Ernakulam district.
