• Commission Structure: Direct income is calculated based on the Total MRP (Maximum Retail Price) of the products sold through your referral.
• Percentage: Users are eligible for a commission ranging from 13% to 35% of the Total MRP, depending on the specific product category and current promotional offers.
• Eligibility: Direct income is credited to your account once the referred order is successfully delivered and the standard return period has expired.

We value the growth of your network. In addition to direct income, you can earn rewards based on the collective performance of your team.

• Calculation: Unlike traditional systems, we do not use complex PV or BV points. All rewards are calculated directly on the Total Sales Value (MRP) generated by your entire team.
• Reward Milestones: When your total team sales reach predefined MRP targets, you become eligible for additional bonuses, incentives, or rank advancements as specified in our current business plan.
• Transparency: You can track your team's total MRP sales and your accumulated rewards in real-time through your user dashboard.

• Tax Deductions: All commissions and rewards are subject to applicable Government taxes (TDS) as per Indian income tax regulations.
• Bank Details: To receive payouts, users must provide accurate bank account details and a valid PAN card. Itzmyshop.in is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect banking information.
• Minimum Payout: Payouts will be processed once your earned commission reaches the minimum threshold set by the company.

• Product Pricing: No member is allowed to sell products above the MRP listed on www.itzmyshop.in.
• Accurate Representation: When promoting the referral model, members must accurately represent the 13-35% commission range and should not guarantee fixed earnings without sales performance.
